Like Begur, Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell are two lovely seaside villages of La Costa Brava. Their beaches, their typical nice white houses, the Ronda Way between them and the wonderful views of these two villages from San Sebastian Lighthouse are enough reasons to spent one day, or even a weekend, enjoying their beauty.
Llafranc
Camí de Ronda (Ronda Way)
Ronda way is a lovely path along the Costa Brava which links many villages of this coast. The views from Ronda Way are always fantastic
Calella de Palafrugell
There are houses built really near the beach in Calella de Palafrugell, so the promenade goes under them when necessary
Typical fishing boats on the beach of Calella de Palafrugell
In march water is still quite cold, so there isn't many people on the beach of Calella de Palafrugell
Water of the Mediterranean Sea was really clear
Ronda Way
San Sebastià Lighthouse
The views of Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell from San Sebastian lighthouse were wonderful
I enjoyed a lot the time we spent in this peaceful viewpoint admiring impressive views of Llafranc and La Costa Brava like this one
After enjoying this views of Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell, we went to Calonge, where we walked along the streets of the old city and visited the castle.

Beautiful Calella de Palafrugell. I was there last summer and I loved it. It has a special atmosphere, and you can take long walk with incredible views. I also stayed at a familiar hotel in Calella de Palafrugell , surrounded by pine trees, overlooking the sea, a paradise!
