Today I would like to write about two Arab Baths and Hammams in Barcelona: Aire de Barcelona and Rituels d'Orient. I have already enjoyed both of them and I really recommend them.
In the heart of old city, in the Born District and near the Gothic Quarter, Aire de Barcelona has reliably restored an ancient Arab Bath, which adopted the ancient tradicion of the Roman Hot Baths and improved it.

In Aire de Barcelona I enjoyed a route which submerged me in the warm waters of the tepidarium (36ºc) , in the hot waters of the caldarium (40ºc) and, finally, in the cold waters of the frigidarium (16ºc). I also enjoyed a relaxing massage on hot marble. if you wish, you can enjoy a steam baths in the Hammam too.
You don't have to bring slippers, towels bath elements. You can also acquire a bathing suit if you don´t have one.

Rituels d'Orient Hamman
When I went to Rituels d'Orient, one sunday morning, I enjoyed a steam bath as well as an exfoliation. In principle, the bath was 90 min long, but they told us that we could keep enjoying the bath until we wished. They were really nice to us and, at the end of the bath, they served us a delicious tea and a tasty baklawa. Truly, the treatment was excellent.

As in Aire de Barcelona, you don't have to bring slippers, towels bath elements.
