CROATIA: KRKA NATIONAL PARK

Around 9 am we took the bus to Skradin in the Bus Station of Sibenik but eventually we got off at Lozovac (the other entrance of the park) because there almost all the people got off. We bought tickets at the box office right next to the Bus Stop and took the bus of the park that led us to the area around Skradinski Buk waterfall. In this area there is a circular route along walkways of about 1h30min ending beside these imposing waterfalls. They are awesome and, besides, you can swim next to it.

If we had got off in Skradin, we would have got a boat upstream to the start of the route and we would have begun it by the waterfalls.

The best would have been to enter by Lozovac and to exit by Skradin but that is not possible.

After visiting Plitvice Lakes this park could seem small, but it's worth visiting it because of Skradinski Buk Waterfalls. We planned  this visit as a whole day, but having come back to Sibenik before having lunch would have been enough.

At 5:30pm we took the bus back to Sibenik. I advice to you to check carefully the schedule and the exact place in which the bus to Sibenik stops because there are few buses a day.

About 7 pm we took the bus to Split from the Bus Station of Sibenik, where we arrived 2 hours after. In Split we stayed at Hostel Peruzović, located near the old town.

This was the route we did from Venice to Dubrovnik along the Croatian Coast:

Finally other great cities and countries I have visited are:
