We took a catamaran of Venezia Lines at 17 pm to go from Venice to Porec. This catamaran left from San Basilio Station. We bought the tickets at the train station of Venezia in the travel agency Agenzie 365 our first day in Venezia. Tickets cost 72 € each.
We arrived at Porec at 8 pm and went to our accommodation, Arlen Bed and Breakfast, located 15min walk from the center. That day we had dinner at our accomodation with live music. As we walked to our accommodation we realized that Porec is a really lively town in the evening, when the terraces are full of people for dinner.
We spent an intense day in Istria Peninsula visiting Porec, Rovinj and Pula. These are the interesting places we visited in each town:

Porec (Parenzo)
We visited Porec for 3 hours. It is essential to visit the Byzantine Basilica of St. Euphrasia, a World Heritage Site. We walked through the streets of the old town and the promenade too.

At 11am we took a bus to Rovinj. It takes about 50min and there is a bus every two hours. We walked along the promenade and walked through the streets of the old town before going up the bell tower of the church of Saint Eufemia to enjoy fantastic views of Rovinj.

Pula
At 5:30 am we took a bus to Pula. It takes about 45min and there is a bus every hour. We did a night tour and dinner at Pizzeria Jupiter, which the owner of our accomodation, Hostel Sonja, recommend us.
